Experiential Learning Program program pairs licensed cannabis businesses with people in Massachusetts who have been negatively impacted by the war on drugs together to provide a hands-on & experiential learning opportunity that is based on evidence, experience, and works towards diversifying the workforce.
MASSACHUSETTS CANNABIS EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAM
Providing paid training opportunities for people negatively impacted by the war on drugs in Massachusetts with licensed cannabis businesses. Apply to be an Apprentice OR an Apprentice Corporate Partner today.
Participation qualifies cannabis businesses in Massachusetts for MA CCC positive impact plan and diversity requirements.
This is a private training program, not a MA State Approved Apprentice Program.

Full-Time and Part-Time Paid Experential Training Opportunities with MA Cannabis Businesses with the CCOE and Let's Talk Weed. Business Training Opportunities include:

-- Cannabis Management & Operations
Experiential Learners are someone negatively impacted by the war on drugs and be available for in-person work in Massachusetts to qualify for the training program.
