Randy and Dr. McNabb co-founded Cannabis Community Care and Research Network (C3RN) in 2017 and the Cannabis Center of Excellence (CCOE) in 2020. Randy MacCaffrie is a member of the CCOE cannabis community research advisory board. He is the CEO of Rands Brand a cannabis marketing, partnership, and management company. A company bringing creative ways to get into the cannabis industry in Massachusetts. Rands Brand launched Flaming Fruits hot sauce together with partner Coast Cannabis. Over the past five years, Randy has brought leading cannabis industry, academics, and community together and facilitated over 30 educational events and five research studies related to cannabis. Randy has over 20 years of experience in cannabis advocacy, education, and community leadership and is a skilled craftsman by trade.
